To become an Avon Sales Leader You need to be an Avon Representative first.  You can request to become a Trainee Sales Leader straight away or you can find your feet within Avon as a rep for a while. You will qualify as a Sales Leader when you have a minimum of 5 people in your team with group sales of £900; your upline will give you all the information, training and support you need.



 

As a Sales Leader you can expect to earn between 3%-12% commission on your teams orders 3 generations deep, commission is variable depending on your downline team sales, you can achieve fast start cash bonuses with the Avon Business Plan. 



 Be your own boss so work when you want and as much as you want. The bigger the team the better outlay you will have. Independent AVON Sales Leadership can be challenging but rewarding, hard work and commitment is required but has a pay plan that rewards you for your efforts. Build your team, build your earnings, share your success with others. As a Sales Leader you are in business for yourself but not by yourself.

There is an admin fee of £25 to become a Sales Leader but for that you will receive an introduction bag with training guides inside to help increase your business and get full training and support from your upline and will show you how to find other people who are interested in earning extra money as an Avon Representative to build a successful team and qualify as a Sales Leader.
