Avon’s UK Sales Representatives are self-employed who run their own businesses and have the support of the globally trusted name like Avon. Working the hours that suit them, building their businesses as they choose, Avon Representative’s appreciate the flexible, convenient earnings opportunity that fits in around their lifestyle and commitments.
The challenge of running their own small business attracts many to Avon, while others are keen to earn extra money, or take advantage of flexible working. Some simply like the idea of building up social networks within their community and look on their business as a means to meet new people.
Getting Started
There is no upfront fee to join become an Avon Representative. There is just a small administration fee of £15 deducted from your Avon account in two installments of £7.50 from your first and second orders.
To get the best start to your new business I will give you free brochures for your first 2 campaigns as well as training on how to get started, place your orders, make payments, apply for credits and returns as well as finding your way round your own webpage on Avon.
As an Independant Avon Representative you are self-employed and have the freedom of choosing when you want to work and were you want to work. You will be given quality training and support throughout.

How does it work?
Each Avon campaign has a new brochure and runs for 3 weeks at a time. Each brochure has new offers, lines and products. Within those 3 weeks you should aim to get as many orders as possible by handing out brochures in your local area, giving them to friends, family colleagues or people you know!
Once you have collected your orders you submit them online and the products will be delivered to your door. You deliver to your customers, collect the money and pay your balance online or at the post office.
Can customers order online?
On your Avon webpage you have access to your own Personal Online Brochure. POB is a great way to gain new customers through social media sites such as Facebook and email to reach people you don't see all the time or to make more use of your brochures. This can increase your sales.
How much can I earn as an Avon representative:
- 20% cash commission on your orders of £80 or more
- 25% cash commission on your orders of £150 or more
- Seasonal new launches and offers to earn more
