​Do I have to pay a joining fee?
When you apply to become a Representative there's nothing to pay up front. The nominal start up fee of £15 (includes brochures to the value of approximately £11) will only be charged to your Representative account after you have placed your first order – this will be split into two equal amounts of £7.50 over your first two campaigns.

What do I get?
When you're appointed you'll get brochures for your first two campaigns so you can get started straight away. In addition to this you'll get extra support with our 'Smart Start' scheme offering brilliant gifts to reward you for placing your first six orders.

Can I change my mind?
Even after you are appointed if you change your mind just contact your Area Sales Manager, and of course you don't pay the joining fee unless you have placed your first order with Avon. There is also a 90 day no quibble money back guarantee on our products so you can be assured that your friends, family and customers can try the products worry free.

How do I place my order?
Once you are appointed as a Representative you will be able to register online and gain access to the Representative website where you can place your order. This site also includes access to training materials and information on incentives, competitions and much more.

Where do I get support​?
You'll get support from your Area Sales Manager and there is also telephone support from our customer service teams. In addition to this you can become a member of the Avon Connects online community where you can get support and advice from other Representatives just like you.

 

Do I have to work a set number of hours?
No, as an Independent Avon Representative you are self employed and it's your own business. You choose the hours you want to work, so it's perfect for fitting in around your other commitments.

Can I talk to someone before applying?
